DocuWise simplifies the process of generating compliant legal documents by enabling users to create fully customized outputs with minimal input, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Instead of manually inputting the personal information and setting and drafting various terms and parameters of the document, the clients receive a link to a custom form where they themselves fill out all the necessary information or they can share it with other relevant parties.
The platform then generates the desired document with all the necessary information in the right places and the client does not have to fear that they accidentally forgot, deleted or changed any crucial information.
Users are guided through relevant, situation-specific questions that adapt to the client’s needs, incorporating clauses that ensure legal validity and are tailored to best serve the client’s interests.
DocuWise provides a shareable link, allowing relevant parties outside the client’s organization to input required data. The generated document is then sent directly to the client by email, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.
Any changes made to document parameters are applied automatically across the entire document, ensuring uniformity and reducing the risk of human error.
DocuWise offers flexible team collaboration, with access levels customizable for departments or individual users. This structure enables firms to scale document generation securely.
Clients can brand their documents with their own logos and export the final document in either PDF or DOCX format.
