Incentives for Digital Transformation of SMEs – P4D Call
In April, the P4D call was opened, with the main objective of encouraging SMEs to undergo comprehensive digital transformation through investments in process digitalization, enhancement of digital competencies, and the implementation of modern business models to improve efficiency, competitiveness, and business sustainability.
Basic information about the call:
- €17.8 million in available funding
- Funding amount: up to €100,000 in non-repayable grants, 50% co-financing of eligible costs
- Total operation costs of the project: €200,000+ (including VAT)
- Eligible applicants: Micro, small, or medium-sized enterprises (s.p., g.d., or zadruge)
- Minimum of 5 employees on the date of the public call publication
- The digital transformation must be carried out in accordance with an action plan and completed no later than February 20, 2026
- The operation must not begin before October 1, 2024
